John McCain intends to tax middle class health benefits as if they are income. Joe Biden explains:
The rationale, as I understand it (and I'm not an expert, just a citizen), is that you'll be better off buying your health benefits through the magic of the open market.
Yeah. That open market.
I do not think that phrase means what John McCain thinks it means.
