Handout-Hank Paulson has 0 dollars set aside for American homeowners. Zero, not a dime. $700 billion and no consideration whatsoever for American's who don't wear wingtips. However he can spend 10's of billions on Foreign Banks. In fact according to the reading of the bill he can spend the entire $700 billion on Foreign banks and we can't say shit.

It pisses me off that Wall street and the Bush administration blame the mortgagers. If I force a $10,000 loan in cash to everyone in my neighborhood. Knowing full well some of them are complete deadbeats and many of them certainly won't have the money to pay me back, it is my dumbass fault for loaning them the money. That is the situation here. Now Bush wants the government to step in and pay me back, but send debt collectors after the people in my neighborhood. Which is only being done because we are such great buddies.
