Grand delusions. Interesting to see the seedlings of 2012 before we are even finished with 2008. When reflecting on a potential McCain Palin defeat-- here is what the conservative base have to say;
Still, this may be a price we are forced to pay for true conservative Republicans to recapture our party leadership and turn the country back to conservative economic and political solutions in 2012 and away from the elites in both parties who have done so much damage to our nation. After four years of Obama and eight years of Bush, America will have had enough of liberal socialism, bailouts for Wall Street interests and speculators at home and the costs and perpetual wars of our Neocon empire abroad. Just maybe the American people will finally realize the real threats to their freedom, liberties and prosperity are not just the distant extremists in Iran, Russia, China or even Islamic terrorists who want to destroy our nation. The real immediate threat comes from inside our nation in Washington, Wall Street and the Hollywood left coast liberals who have taken control of both political parties and our country.
America must elect a dedicated social & free market conservative for President in 2012. We believe Sarah Palin and real conservatives in the GOP, Democrats and third parties must come together to save the Republic and our economy though tried and true polices of the free market over special interest bailouts, incorporating responsible debt levels for the public and private sectors where America will again relearn how to responsibly live within our means following the political ideals and foreign policy of our Patriot Founding Fathers. It is time for a real change back to conservative economic and political solutions in 2012 before it is too late and the election of true conservatives starting in 2010 and Sarah Palin as President in 2012 will be major steps for a change in the right direction! - Ron Holland
Forgetting that the choice of Sarah is what helped drive McCain to the new lows he now occupies, how can these folks really see her as qualified? I don't get it.
Sadly the real problem here is, that it was my sincere hope that IF we win on 11/4-- we would not have to be involved any longer in the Palin family train wreck that has been forced upon us. I want to forget all about Todd and Sarah, Briston, Trig, Track, willow, Piper, troopergate, etc. etc. etc. But it seems that her ardent fanboys are eager to keep her in the spotlight. sigh.
