Looks like Sarah-Barracuda, has inspired her first democratic challenger to declare that he will throw his hat into the gubernatorial ring for 2010. Winning her re-election would certainly be a required first step if she really wanted to try for the white house in 2012. And that first step just got a big harder.
Poe is the the former Alaska State Commissioner of Administration and former CEO of Anchorage Economic Development Corporation. He is a centrist. (the DLC'ers will love him for sure) And with his business and political ties it seems like he would be a viable challenger.
